Fifaj Horlogerie, is a family business established in Le Locle since 2012, excels in the art of polishing, decorating and finishing watch components in the heart of the Neuchâtel mountains.

Our modern premises are packed with state-of-the-art equipment, including several independent polishing workbenches, beveling reels, preparation machines, lapidary, satin-finishing machines, slides, as well as specific areas for different decorative techniques such as hand beveling, line drawing, beading, and many others.

Our know-how also extends to a small mechanical cell capable of manufacturing our own termination tools, guaranteeing optimum efficiency and responsiveness to meet deadlines.

At Fifaj Polissage, our passionate craftsmen and women ensure impeccable quality in the polishing and decoration of watch components. We work with a variety of materials, including gold, platinum, meteorite, titanium, steel and even zirconium, to achieve high-quality finishes on small and large series of components.

In addition to our expertise in polishing and decorating watch components, we also explore the world of jewelry and haute joaillerie.

Pattern presentation

Ergin Fifaj embodies a passion for the fascinating world of watchmaking. Born into a family where this passion already resonated, with his parents and two older brothers working in the field, Ergin grew up in this environment.

At the age of 16, during an internship in watchmaking finishing, he found his calling.

In 2006, he joined the prestigious Patek Philippe watchmaking firm as an apprentice dressmaker, and this was the start of an exciting career.

 

With unwavering devotion, Ergin passionately pursued his training with Patek Philippe. Upon completion, he broadened his experience by working for a multi-brand company, developing valuable expertise in high-end brands and a variety of watch components, specializing in the finishing of after-sales components.

Ergin took on a new challenge at Manufacture Breguet, where he continued to enrich his professional career. This step was marked by work on high quality components, including fine jewelry as well as the meticulous finishing of SAV components, adding a precise and expert dimension to his know-how.
